Shakti Flow Yoga

Shakti Flow Yoga is a dynamic practice that strengthens the body, improves mobility and coordination, and promotes nervous system regulation and hormonal balance. It integrates Kundalini, Hatha, and Hormonal Yoga, offering women of all ages a path to increase vitality, reduce stress, and reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and feminine energy.

Shakti Flow Yoga is a holistic practice combining Hatha, Vinyasa, and Hormonal Yoga to naturally strengthen the body, regulate the nervous system, and support hormonal health. We work with the energy of goddesses and feminine figures—such as Durga, Kali, Saraswati, and Lakshmi—viewed as archetypes representing various facets of our daily lives. With Lakshmi, for instance, we cultivate inner and spiritual abundance. The practice thus becomes a space for self-knowledge and conscious empowerment.

The class is bilingual (Spanish–German) and is part of a Spanish-speaking school in Germany.

The Teachers: 

Elena and Magda are education specialists and emotional health coaches. In addition to their yoga training, they work professionally in counseling and personal development. Their approach combines depth, a solid pedagogical foundation, and a safe space where bodywork integrates with emotional awareness.
